I have a one bedroom one bathroom unit in Cancun, I believe I only paid about 500 for my listing fee with Exclusive, I don't have my actual receipt at the moment. It was a one-time payment. I've never had any additional charges added to my account with them. About 6 months after signing up I received my first offer. I accepted and gave a happy newly wed couple my suite. Like I said previously, finding renters was hard to handle on my own since I didn't know the industry on a big scale like ECM does. So when this couple and I were brought together through the listing, I was very grateful to be receiving an offer at all, let alone such a deserving one! I mean who doesn't want to go to Cancun on their honey-moon?
