My neighbors are looking for a contract because the last one did not finish the job and never came back. They are now fixing the same problem for the third time. $25000 spent. Should they stay away from the contractor who works for a large company because the large company has a few complaints. Even though the complaints are stemming from the work the larger company had subcontracted out. The small guy they used took the money and ran. Tore down there walls, put the sheet rock backup, threw on some paint and never fixed the water intrusion. Months later and the water is now coming through the walls again. Leak not fixed. I recommended that they use the larger company. Someone always answers the phone, and they usually fix issues.
