If everyone just stopped sending in their maintenance fees/special assessments/energy surcharge/holdover fees. This would deprive Land'Or of all of its income. Based on news articles, I do not think they could last long enough to bring suit against everyone to collect the money they need before bankruptcy.

I agree with ericb259!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As of November 30, my case has "officially" been dismissed in Henrico District Court!!!! What a great feeling! Granted I paid CLO $26,900 over the course of 25 years, but that is now over. I can't even imagine what the next 15 years would have cost!
