An example of ockham's razor? Broken own the question I have is 1) legally divest myself of my timeshare and 2) deal with the donation/deduction aspect. I dont care about the deduction myself and Id recommend others didnt weight it as much either as it cloud the decision making. The first has already been answered in this forum. Im considering several donation avenues but It becomes a cost vs long term ROI and there needs to be due diligence with any of these vendors. Ive done that with all the ones Ive looked at and it falls in place easily. 9 months though, seems like a long time.
