I own a gold crown, 2 bed, lock out ocean front in West Palm beach. I should be allowed to exchange where ever, when ever, if there’s availability. That’s the whole purpose of banking a unit. RCI was not like this before. I’ve been many places during my 20 yrs of ownership but now it’s terrible.
