They are all scams, until proven otherwise. Which is to bad, as the idea of Vacation ownership is a valid one, except the developers have to move the merchandise quickly because of the debt service. l

FNTC/FNG, Isle of Man.. Same phone number, same address.. In Switzerland about FNG(First Names Group) guy as well.. In Bahamas about Wyndham etc etc.. also Holiday Club Management company is equal to FNTC, same one was suppose to exist in Cayman Island but is located also in Isle of Man. I KNOW ITS A RIP-OFF system! And.. maybe Wyndham is equal to this mysterious Holiday Clubs ltd! Even if its about leasing issue, Wyndham is not able to make any contracts with non-existing... mysterious Holiday Clubs! Thats why its about Wyndham if you guys asked me! All those tricks, how ridiculous that would have been if they scammed Wyndham on this... Not any business can base on air... blah, again sorry bout my lousy sentences in English. But, does Wyndham has its own clubs also? In that case why they let any other clubs to spoil their reputation than their own?

I think ALL RHC members can join this class action lawsuit. I think it will make RHC to pay their members back or change how they provide service to make them be accountable for their promises. I'm interested.

We contacted Visa and upon reading our statements reversed the charges.When we arrived home, we were immediately contacted by Mexico City reps. Welcoming as NEW members. We have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this matter and our past due account has been referred to the Credit Bureau

Now even our original paid in full has been cancelled, and we are left with nothing.

WE ARE 85 AND 90 YEARS OLD, respectively.
