Vallarta Gardens Timeshare Scam

We too were scammed on July 2022 we purchased the membership and we have not received any money back! They supposed to payback those weeks this June 2025 but they only give us excuses. We are filing a complaint with Profeco. Can anyone else offer feedback on anything that you have done that helped you to get your money back? Thank you

Same with us exactly. Priomised to buy back weeks. To good to be true. Been 2 years. No money...I followed rules exactly.finally gave up. Wi Der about reporting to my Visa but havent... I can stay in my fractional but I will never get any money from them. Its quiet there and good base camp the few times i went... We own Vadanta for 30 years and its the real deal. Probably never go back to VG. 100 %SCAM

Sue whom? And on what grounds?

You’ll never see a dime. They had ostensibly “sent money to your bank” so they said. The wire did not happen for various lame reasons. They were also going to “buyback after 5 years” guaranteed!

None of it will ever come to pass. If anyone has a class action suit they’d like to persue…? I’d like to be part of that.

I guess I am in the same scam. Purchased five weeks September 2024 and to sell three weeks to pay for fees. I called Innova Marketing Incentives and got no response. Called Kovay Gardens with similar results. Don’t know what to do now
