hellojimc740, joining our email list group..........GOOD CHOICE; WELCOME. we're hoping to become a WINNING TEAM, the unsinkable CODFDTMCO. we want fair play and return of what's legally coming to all owners............among other things, a substantial reduction of our maintenance fees AND much more readily available accommodation windows. the only way that i know of is for us to COME TOGETHER PERSONALLY to discuss strategies to accomplish these issues. of course there are other considerations to iron out with the help of our brother and sister owners. we're in this together; we can't do it alone.

hi carl, infinite welcomes to our COALITION. we hope we can depend on your sharing some time in helping to continue collecting names and contact information from as many TMC owners as possible. i presume many will agree that GIVEBACKS of our investments to TMC is NOT a viable nor attractive option for most of us. one of the purposes of the formation of this COALITION is to help avoid GIVEBACKS, especially by getting our maintenance fees reduced substantially to an affordable level and to make reservations more readily available, lofty but realistic goals indeed!!

hi laura, welcome to the COALITION OF WINNERS. without the able assistance of owners like you and all the others responding to this IDEA, we would continue groping for answers about how to handle these out-of-hand issues laid upon us by TMC: exorbitant maintenance fees, difficulty in securing desired reservations, et al. perhaps now we are getting closer to adequately handling these problems, but there's still much time, work and effort to expend, and we're happy that you offered your generous support.

CAUTIOUS FOOD FOR THOUGHT REGARDING OUR GROWING COALITION OF FINANCIALLY DISTRESSED TMC OWNERS..... the manhattan club lawsuit forum on redweek.com can, i believe, be seen by anyone with a computer. i don't doubt the veracity of any TMC owner. however, there might be spies watching our strategies and trying to disrupt our efforts. would you put this possibility past TMC principals?
my suggestions follow; i think they are, at least, worth considering.
-use your intelligent INTUITION about trusting those who contact you with their names and contact information. on the other hand, some trust must be used.....a balance of veracity and intuition, a necessary consideration. if you think responders' accompanying comments along with their identification information are suspicious consider ignoring their names. be cautious, but not to the extent of paranoia. intelligent intuition is key . -some ill-intentioned non-owners may want to break verified owners' spirits and destroy our plans for developing this COALITION by sending us viruses in their emails to disable our computers. BE SURE YOUR COMPUTER VIRUS PROTECTIONS, FIREWALLS, ETC., ARE UPDATED.
-if any other TMC owners in this forum have other suggestions for caution, please come forward and share your thoughts for the good of this COALITON project we are working on so diligently, to become a profitable and working model for all owners' financial benefit. -if you truly are suspicious of a responder who emails you with name and contact info, ask a question that only owners would probably know about THE MANHATTAN CLUB.....be creative and cautious.....ha, we learn something new each day.

SOOO glad you're joining us. welcome! if we all pull together and put this idea off the ground, perhaps we can see a modicum (or more) of victory in the form of substantially lower maintenance fees and ease obtaining desired reservation time. so far, i can see progress, albeit somewhat slow, but progress nevertheless.
please stay in touch. whatever you volunteer to do would certainly add to the speed of revving up this developmental process of producing a working COALITION.

welcome to the LAND OF WINNERS! and to the group that will form this COALITION for the benefit of all owners. i believe, among other issues, the main goal of the development of this entity is to get our maintenance fees substantially reduced and to make it much easier for owners to get desired reservation time.............and to stop the loss of owners' investment by GIVING BACK their property FOR NOTHING, only to have it sold again by TMC FOR A MEGA PROFIT....NOT IN MY LINE OF THINKING as long as we can hold out. with this COALITION i see a chance for a reasonably good outcome for all owners.

greetings and welcome, cookie! we're so glad you decided to join us in the formation of our COALITION. i speak for myself but i assume all other owners will agree with me wholeheartedly: our main goals are a substantial reduction of maintenance fees and an easier way to get desired reservation time. these issues seem to be the reasons some owners are willing to actually GIVE UP their ownership....GIVE is the key word, not SELL.....to TMC. this will assist their (TMC'S) greedy motives in lining their pockets AGAIN by selling the owners' GIVEBACKS. hmmm, nice work if you can get it, and TMC seems to have the job. we're developing this COALITION plan to meet them at the pass and get reasonable financial satisfaction while maintaining our ownership/investment.

We've been owners since 2011. We too wish to support the petition to reduce high maintenance fees. We were sold a "triannual timeshare" program where you get 7 days that you can use up over 3 years. The representative had explained to us. at the time of the sale, that we could use these days as we saw fit!!! never mentioned that if you didn't go one year that you would loose the use of these points! What a scam. We paid our fees once and the next invoice should come in 2019 and have no intention of paying again. Thank you for the work that has been done so far on the law suit, as we have received a small refund cheque this summer. We await the results of future legal actions.

hello philipp48, glad to have you aboard our VICTORY SHIP..........COALITION OF.............yes, this is a movement to develop a list of TMC owners which the board of directors will not relenquish. owners have decided to create a list of bona fide owners through the development of this COALITION, again yes............this is to help "reduce maintenance fees and help with our other concerns" like access to desirable reservation dates.
