point rental liquidators

I think getting news stations involved in this scam is a good idea. Dr. Phil does a lot of shows on people who are getting scamed.

Add Maryland to the list. BJ was not directly involved initially, however I did speak with him a couple of times and he just lied!

I am in with anything that would convict BJ and all associated with him. In fact my next letter is going out to all the people I have already sent a letter to such as AG- Real estate people and fraud divisions. The letter will be to inform them that since they will not help , that I will be sending a letter to the news media including all their information..

Yeah! Go for it. Maybe one of our efforts (or a combination thereof) will pay off. I still don't know how to work OPENLY in a collaborative way without showing our hand to the scoundrels. Redweek is probably the worst forum for doing that. I am certainly open to suggestions.

The next piece of data that I'd like to nail down is how many of us were scammed by Bj and his associates. I don't need an exact number. In fact, a conservative estimate would probably work best. My statement would read something like: We know that during this time period, a) X number of persons were contacted; and/or, b) X number of persons were given meals; and/or, c) X number of persons signed up for a credit card. Any kind of estimates that we can come up with will be helpful in defining the scope of this operation.

Just some information-I received a letter from Las Vegas AG and they stated that they did not see a patern to what BJ and his gang has done. Does that sound like they even looked into our problem??

Perhaps you need to copy and paste this entire discussion concerning BJ to the AG .... maybe that'll open their eyes to his "pattern" .... keep on keeping on until you get some action.

Although as I posted sometime ago I finally got out from under with Sunset and PRL. the Las Vegas ag did nothing for me. In fact if I wanted to set up a scam like this one, I would definitely op- erate out of LV but never sell in Nevada.

As of today I have written Dr. Phil and also our NBC affiliate here in Atlanta re: this to see if either or both would be interested in helping with this. I will post back if I hear from them.

Also, if I do hear back from them with interest in pursuing this I will most likely need others to participate. I would like to hear from you if interested. I dont need full names or phone #'s at this time, just your blog tag will do for the time being. Thanks

This is why I tried to get everyone to submit their claims to the NV AG within one week last month. I didn't get agreement, so that chance to make big waves passed. Do y'all want to try again? We should choose one week and EVERYONE go to the same website and submit their claim. Then the AG could definitely NOT say they didn't see a pattern. Who's with me? Can we do it March 4-8?

Yes , I Will send another letter to AG also on arch 4th over the internet and I think everyone else should also.

Will that give everyone enough time or should we say gather our information this week and have the forms ready to mail March 4th? There are 2 different addresses listed on the form, so we should all mail ours to the Las Vegas address.

If I were one of the victims I would send the letter every week until someone finally listens and does something about it. Keep flooding them every week until you wake someone up. Do it with every state Attorney General. Sooner or later someone will take action.

Just another suggestion. Why not go on a letter writing campaign to your senators and congressmen and have them apply pressure to the state Attorney Generals to investigate. Don't take no for an answer. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
