File a complaint with the DLCAt on their website https://secure.dlca.vi.gov//Asps/complaint/AddComplaint.aspx?Busseq And also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The website is FTV.gov. Look for: file a complaint, click “other” option, Page 2 of “other option “ offers a selection for timeshare sells. Click this one and file. Complaints in large numbers make a difference

1. Perhaps in addition to filing your claim, email the St Thomas DLCA, including the Commissioner and Ms.O'Neill https://dlca.vi.gov/employeedirectory/ << there's everyone you need.
2. Another potential option is the Lt Governor's office, https://ltg.gov.vi/contact-us/#1547271797447-10385f0b-29de
3. Local newspapers love a good story: http://www.virginislandsdailynews.com/ , https://viconsortium.com/ , and https://vifreepress.com/

They got the extension and two months later their case was dimissed by the court. Just make sure to fill out the court documents and track your paperwork. Cost me $12.00 to beat their lawsuit for fees from over 10-15 years ago. The statue of limitations is 7 years. I spoke with John Jureidini and he’s a jerk. Don’t let him intimidate you.
Hi Raphael,
How did you do this? Do you have any of the original membership bylaws of use or membership policies? I can't seem to find any of that for my weeks and that information would be helpful. Trying to stay ahead of this. Thank you.

Hello to All members,
Wondering if anyone has a written document of the membership by-laws and or membership policies. I tried surrendering my weeks over ten years ago. However, the USPS in St. Thomas lost my documents and membership certificate (I made a copy). I was just sick of the fees and nothing being maintained and fees paid that were more than likely used towards the other club they were building in 2008. If someone has this information, would please send me a copy. I would appreciate it. I thought if members were in default, the resort would take back the weeks after a significant time had lapsed. Thanks for any information.
Regards, Maureen R.

Barb, contact me. I am also a member of this resort. Christie.derrick@sbcglobal.net. Please read all previous comments to this resort. Please contact DLCA too. The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs of St. Thomas. Correcting corruption one member at a time. Don't let the Shelbys take your money!!! For a resort that is not licensed and in compliance with local government.

This is in the email I receive from them today. As they have done nothing but lie and scam people I don't believe it. "We have finally settled with the Dept. of Licensing, and we have the right to proceed and take legal actions to those members who have failed to comply with their contractual agreement"
