hi, thet6 omg, you're leaving out juicy deals in miami! do you doubt for a moment that juicy brucy (i love that name) would not co-mingle funds where convenient and profitable? greed makes juicy people stoop to many juicy deeds. indeed, mr juicy WAS ACCUSED OF REAL ESTATE FRAUD both in vegas and miami.........see articles in CRAIN'S NY BUSINESS by real estate columnist, amanda fung, back in 2013 and 2014. you mention a federal investigation?.............altogether possible. i believe he dumped his civil legal team for a hotshot criminal attorney concerning the current legal proceedings with NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL. do you think juicy is running a tad scared?
your insight is right on target. it's essential to pass on your information to the NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL, ERIC SCHNEIDERMAN; however, we owners must continue to keep pressure at the local level, then proceed to assisting in higher (federal) legal action as it becomes closer to reality. i'm citing my last post: keep digging at salvatore reale, THE MANHATTAN CLUB'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. juicy brucy is his boss, so keep sal's phones very, very busy with our legitimate complaints. this may still prove to be a valuable tool for us to get out from under this scam/fraud situation. personally, i hit on two main issues in my phone conversation with sal this week: the outrageously exorbitant maintenance fees (having risen over 200%) and the difficulty of getting reasonably closely desired reservation time which, by the way, we're paying for with our maintenance fees. OF COURSE, SAL HAD STOCK ANSWERS FOR EACH OF THE ISSUES I PRESENTED TO HIM (SOUNDING LIKE A SCRIPT WRITTEN BY IAN BRUCE JUICY EICHNER, SAL'S BOSS.)
I HOPE YOU'LL KEEP IN TOUCH. THANKS,
chris

...............also, thet 6............... as an ex employee, perhaps you can supply the NYSAG AND US OWNERS with some inside MC info that might lead to further investigation and discovery of additional fraud and scamming. think about it.

After sending a letter to the NY Attorney's office, I received reply from Asst. Attorney Gen'l, Mr Farooq. He asked me to forward any information I had re original sales documents, assessment bills, budget documents and any other pertinent info I might have. I forwarded these documents to him this past weekend.

you are not alone. the manhattan club thieves and fraudsters have raised the maintenance fees about 200%+.
pay your real estate taxes, but, my opinion, not your maintenance.
call the executive director of operations of the manhattan club, salvatore reale.................he'll circumvent the truth at every turn, but express your complaints to him without holding back.
Chris V.
Desmond and Kathleen Ferguson will like to sign up for the class action lawsuit against the Manhattan Club. Please send us the survery to Kathleenpos@yahoo.com.
Will this class action also cover maintenance fees? I just got a bill for more than $3200 for maintenance fees. Thank you.
Kathleem F.
email me at wwtccorp@gmail.com and I'll share with you what I found out about maintenance fees and mortgage payments to TMC from the attorney generals office. The class action has been idle and was dismissed. The atty general is still looking into the practices of TMC.
Luna S.
Why would you need to pay an attorney to send your information to the attorney general…save your $500.00 and do it yourself. Google NYS AG and file complaint online or via mail. Thats not necessary for a class action to the AG when you're providing your information for him to send…the attorney general will compile all complaints against TMC and respond to each of you regarding any information they need against TMC and/or will acknowledge your complaint individually. You don't need an attorney to tell you what was said. The owners at Westgate filed their complaints individually to the AG and each was acknowledge separately. Having 100+ owners complaints filed to the AG by an attorney is not going to get any different response than if they were filed individually. wwtcclub@gmail.com

I would be interested also. I have been fed up with TMC from time I bought, as first time trying to book reservation and every time since , have never been able to book when I want to go. Always to,d unavailable, but if go on to book as hotel, plenty of high dollar rooms available. I bought because I live in CT and like to go to NYC for a couple days at a time not a full week. Was told by sales rep that I could book my days 1,2 ,3 or more at a time didn't have to do full week and never was told about any 9 month crap. I am done arguing with the people on the phone and at TMC about this. I did not pay my maintenance fees this year and will not. Got call that I need to pay or could not book time. Oh well can't get times I want anyway! Please let me know how I get involved with any action against TMC!
Janice F.
My wife and I are in the same boat and we are considering not paying maintenance as well. You imply the only action taken by the MC was to inform you that you could not reserve. Is that correct? Have they threatened you in any other way, eg credit rating threats etc?

you're off to a good start by joining this forum. please be as vocal as possible, and state as many legitimate complaints against the manhattan club as you see them. also contact the executive director of operations at the manhattan club: salvatore reale, who says he's working for share owners like us; in reality he's a true company man who works only for his boss, ian bruce eichner and, of course himself, allowing him to, among other assumed luxuries, drive a car similar to a farrari. all of the manhanttan club principals (ian bruce eichner is the developer) are lining their pockets with a huge percentage of our maintenance fees which are outrageously exorbitant and enormous and growing.....up 200%+. let salvatore know of your displeasure and dissatisfaction that you have toward the manhattan club. GET INVOLVED. consider also contacting nyc media: newspapers, eg, THE DAILY NEWS, CRAIN'S NY BUSINESS, television/radio stations.....about the fraud and misleading sales tacticts perpetrated by the manhattan club. the new york state attorney general, eric schneiderman, who established this lawsuit against the manhattan club, would also appreciate your input.....more fuel for his case, which he does not want to lose.\
stay in touch.

this is NOT a class action lawsuit. it is entitled THE NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL VS THE MANHATTAN CLUB (TIMESHARE) a class action suit would have to be initiated by manhattan club share owners. however, eric schneiderman, the new york state attorney would not want to lose a case he initiated, so i assume he'd like to hear as many legitimate complaints from us share owners, as possible...........for more information to present to the court, in order for him to win this case, which i'm sure he wants to do. contact mr scheidermant asap.
keep in touch.
