Manhattan Club Lawsuit
I bought a 1 bedroom every other year in 2011 and this year I've stopped the maintenance. I received TMC survey today and from that discovered that the NY Attorney General has barred them from sale, draining bank accounts and foreclosures. Finally!!! I have wanted to join a class action lawsuit against THC for years, so count me in.

Hi everyone. This survey is an opportunity for all of us to get our voices out to the NYAG's office, letting them know, by answering these questions, how fraudulently we've been treated by TMC. I'm not sure why anyone on this list would question the benefit of filling out the survey-to me this is evidence that NYAG is hearing our concerns and interested enough to send us this survey to gather evidence of our global experience of fraud by TMC. We ALL need to fill it out and show a consistent, united front reflecting our experience so that we can get justice in this matter. Please FILL IT OUT everyone! And if you didn't receive one, call the number below that they gave on the survey and ask for one to be sent to you. Thanks!

We're in Virginia and received the survey May 19. It may be that the NYSAG 'just' didn't have a current email for some people. The survey is at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=fhKflCKmsD_2Bv7ORHCg_2Bt7w_3D_3D
I don't think it's individualized, or that there would be a problem in using this link. You will need your paperwork to complete the survey. It asks for your Identity and Contract ID and your Owner ID, date of purchase, price, If/how you financed it, and other data about your specific deal; checklist of what documents you have; names of sales and reservation people you've dealt with; incentives offered; verbal and written promises made etc. Survey also asks about your experience in making reservations. At the end there is an open ended question to provide anything else not asked.

As noted below TMC is being sued for using investment money illegally. Corrine Smith found this in the e-court files.
MFB REALTY LLC, individually and derivatively : on behalf of T. PARK CENTRAL, LLC, and JAY : FURMAN, individually, : : Index No. _________________ Plaintiffs, : : -against- : : IAN BRUCE EICHNER, LESLIE EICHNER, : STUART EICHNER, SCOTT L. LAGER, O. : PARK CENTRAL LLC, PARK CENTRAL : MANAGEMENT LLC and NEW YORK URBAN : OWNERSHIP MANAGEMENT LLC, :
Nature of the Action 1. T Park was supposed to be a timeshare project and O Park was supposed to be an office project. Plaintiffs MFB and Furman invested only in the timeshare project. When it became apparent that the office project would not be viable, the defendants, who obviously preferred their 100% interest in O Park to their 90% interest in T Park, in bad faith used T Park and its assets to repurpose O Park into a competing timeshare project. The defendants obtained tens of millions of dollars in loans, largely secured by T Park’s assets, for this nefarious purpose.

It is not a complex survey and the questions are easy to digest and answer, I wouldn't worry about seeing them ahead of time. It will be worthwhile for you to have your sales information in front of you so it will be easy to fill out the background on your purchase and ownership.

this is not an attorney retainer lawsuit. it was initiated by the new york state attorney general against the manhattan club. of course, mr schneiderman wants to be paid by his employer, ny state; therefore it's his job TO WIN CASES that he initiates. i feel confident that manhattan club shareowners will prevail at the end of this litigation which will be due in large part in the AG'S legal expertise proving that the alleged scamming and fraudulent actions by the manhattan club are, in fact, realities.
