Are you as happy as I am?

We purchased 2 weeks at Atalaya about 4 years ago and have discovered that we purchased a goldmine. We bought to use and did so for the first two years but now it is not practical so we deposit the week into our points account with RCI. It gives us 64,500 points for a yearly fee of around $600.00. This is less than a cent a point!

And the home owners assoc. seems really solid so I don't worry about the future..

This sounds like a sales pitch but it isn't. I'm thinking of buying another week! Are there any other owners out there who would like to agree or disagree with me?
