The summer week 2 bedrooms are selling for about $4000, and the spring/ fall are not worth very much.Has anyone had any success with selling their Sheraton Mtn Vista timeshare or have any advice about selling?

Unfortunately, once you have purchased (especially if it was directly from the developer), you are stuck with a pretty hefty loss if you go to sell. If you can stay afloat, rent your week... otherwise, you will likely lose more than 75% of your original investment. Good luck... whatever your choice.

We actually own 2 annual weeks that were purchased directly through the developer... we have yet to vacation at SMV on them. With another unit we purchased on the secondary market (that they "grandfathered" in with our last developer purchase), we are 4-star elite and enjoy the option of converting our weeks to SPG points every year (with no fee) and transfer them to airlines to fly free on our other vacations. Just a thought...
