Sky Valley GA

This resort has major golf course construction taking place now. We have been told the 2 bdrm units sleeping 6 overlook major earth moving equipment, but the 2 bdrm units sleeping 8 do not. They may view the construction from a distance but they are not right on the golf course. Has anyone been there that can confirm this or explain whether or not they think it is wise to exchange to that location in the next month? Thanks.
