These are timeshares. Why contact the Front Desk to obtain the highest possible rental rate? That's like walking into a hotel lobby and saying, "Give me a room." You will be guaranteed to get the worst possible room at the highest possible $ rate. Better options in this scenario would be to use Hotels.com, Expedia, or even calling the corporate office.

Just Exchange/Rent them on Redweek, Craig's List, E*Bay, or wherever them listed.
