Cabo San Lucas weather

What is the weather like Christmas and New Years weeks? Are they making this resort All-inclusive? If so, is it mandatory and what is the cost? Thanks!

Currently it is an optional all-inclusive. Weather in February is great.

My daughter got married on Oct 7, 2006 and it was hot and humid, I was there the end of October last year and it was wonderful
