Starwood Points Exchange for Airfare

Any idea how much dollar value 27,000 starwood points would be good for airfare. I am planning a trip to Bermuda next (08) spring and would like to use my SPG points towards airfare.

it is one point equals 1 airline point for every 20,000 points that you exchange you get an extra 5000 star points. are you willing to sell you starpoints?

Maybe. I have never used airline points. Roughly how much $$$$ is 27k points worth???

Can you convert 20K SPG points to 25K airline miles for most partner airlines except CO I think. So 27K SPG points is 32 airline miles.

Well BOS - BDA is now running about $350. If 27K points will only get me one RT ticket "no deal". Obviously not a smart $$$$ move.
