I have serveral questions concerning this time share, never having owned one; 1) Is week number 37 the 3rd week in September? 2) The maintenence/taxes in the amout of $388.00, how is that handled? 3) Is it possible to look at the unit sometime in the next couple of months? 4) How hard is it / or can it be exchanged for other locations if it is not with a group? 5) How is it privately owned?
