Recent purchases from Developer, Shell

We would be interested in your experience in purchasing or owning through Shell, particularly at the Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy. Was it worthwhile buying from Shell and having the flexibility of their point system? Ed

why buy from shell???? buy from the private resale market and save a ton of money. just study the market and make an educated purchase. from shell, points cost about $6 ea, on the resale market you can buy points from $.05 to $.50 each. quite a difference

and I wish I had of read up on all this BEFORE I purchased and through the developer on site ............ what a waste of money. Live & learn
