Florida Club Info

Anyone have any info on "The Florida Club"? Some time ago a Marriott during a sales preview visit, a rep mentioned something about The Florida Club. Owners of Fla TS's belong (?join for a fee) and this gives them more clout when exchanging weeks among Fla TS's. Is this accurate? Anyone belong to "The Club"? Thanks for any insight. Ray
