Why did Wyndham Remove their name from this property?

Hi, Can anyone tell me WHY Wyndham did not want their name associated with this property any longer? Does it no longer meet Wyndham 's standards? Is this resort run down from previous years? Thank you.

The owners got divorced.

I'm not sure what that means "the owners got divorced". Wyndham sold itself and as a result, the licensing agreement between Wyndham and Tempus Resorts (the developer of Mystic Dunes) parted ways. See the link posted in my post of 10/05/07.
