Best way to sell at Powatan Plantation

I want to sell my c/d units week 52 at Powatan. Does anyone have any good advice about selling and pricing?

Has anyone gone to Powhatan and bought while there? I was told this was a good way to sell, people already there, enjoying themselves, seeing it for themselves, are more likely to buy. I am thinking of selling my unit but am not sure what the best way would be. How successful is posting here? How long does it normally take to sell a good listing? I know resort and week are important so there may be many variables. We love our week in the summer but just don't use it like we should. Thanks for any advice or tidbits. Patty
