Whiski Jack at the Ironwood
special assessments
Nov 05, 2007
I have just received notification of the AGM which takes place in November. I am objecting to the number of special assessments that are being proposed. From Last year we knew the roof was needing repair, there is obviously not money to be making all these repairs and upgrades. Why is it being suggested to proceed with new TV's, upholstry, and major kitchen repairs all at the same time? My guess is the Olympics are fueling this, this does not make sense to me. These types of upgrades should be funded out of a reserve fund, and undertaken as the money is available.
Does anyone else share these concerns? Patricia Smith
