What does a posting highlighted in gray mean? Thank you!

If the posting is gray or white, it is a do-it-yourself posting, or managed by the owner. If it also has a Verified and Protected banner on it, then RedWeek has verified the details with the resort and payment can be made using RedWeek Online Booking. With online booking the money is not disbursed to the owner until two business days after the renter checks in. Postings highlighted in green are full service, meaning RedWeek is managing the entire rental process.
