Type of clothing to pack for trip in December 2007

I am wondering what sort of clothing to pack for my trip to Limassol this month? We will be staying at Club Aphrodite, and both golfing and scuba diving. The weather, according to my info is between 45 degrees F, and 67 degrees F. Is this shorts and t-shirt weather, or long pants, and sweater weather ? Also, how dressy are the golf facilities, and majority of restaurants in town?

I think it's better for you to take more warm clothing and a few t-shirts, even though it's usually warm in Cyprus.
