What beach is this on? Is it a swimmable beach??

It is on Medano Beach and yes it is swimmable (and beautiful!!!) I stayed at the Villa del Arco (it's sister property) next door in April 2008. You can use facilities at all 3 properties which are all next to each other (Villa del Palmar). I've heard the La Estancia is absolutely wonderful and because they do partial year ownership, you don't get the constant barage to attend the timeshare presentation.
