Wyndham Vacation Ownership acquired all PAHIO resorts in 2006. To reflect this change, the RedWeek.com PAHIO at the Shearwater resort page has been renamed Wyndham Shearwater.

Wyndham only manages Shearwater, they do not own it. Shearwater has it own board of directors.
