ANFI Gran Canaria.

Travelling to grancanaria in july 2008 for two week in a 2 bedroom apartment i'll be taking my family with me and hope to enjoy my time there. My question is RCI who is my exchange company has informed that there is a 1 in 4 rule at Anfi (which means i'll be unable to go again for 4 years). I wish two book next years so, Could i get a guest cerificate issue of an other account to book next year holiday at Anfi or if i rented a week will anfi or RCI say no.
