annual maintenance fee?

Does anyone know how much the annual is on these time shares?

The annual maintenance fee is approximately $950.00.

When was it $950? I just saw the maintenance fee at $1275.00. (Trying gauge how often the raise the rate)

Maintenance fee is based on size. Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom lock off. We have a 2 bedroom lock off that we have used comfortably with a family of 5 for 15 years. Annual fee is ~$1213.
