Can anyone explain to me what is happening with MROP. I can't reach them to make annual reservations.

It's a total mess...we re having so many problems...VRI has no clue what they are doing..should have kept the old system..we own 5 mrop and are totally frustrated...IF you reach someone at VRI re exchange they admit they have no clue..lots of luck.

If I purchase an MROP week, what is the likelihood of getting a week a Capri By The Sea, or See The Sea?? Thank You.
