WYNDHAM OCEAN BOULEVARD
I would like to rent the above for one week 2009, prime time, weeks #26 through 31, 2 bedroom deluxe, ocean front. How much does it cost to join Redweek, and how much to list? Do you supply pictures? What's the procedure? Do I reserve that week with my points first? Then call Wyndham about the renters? Sorry for all the questions but this is my very first rental and I want it to go well. Do renters pay upfront. What do owners do about damages by renters?

As far as the damages, you could ask for a security deposit to be refunded if nothing is damaged. Most resorts take a credit card from the renters when they check in and will charge them if anything happens. Please check with your resort on their policy.
