Consolidated Resorts Filing Chapter 11

How does that affect the owners in Sands of Kahana? I am concerned.. anyone get anything in the mail about this???

I am thining of purchasing a time share at Sands of Kahana and want to know how the chapter 11 will affect owners.

We visited Sands of Kahana at Christmas and nothing had changed from the year before. Grounds are beautiful as usual. Spoke with Consolidated Resorts owner's wife, very nice person. My one and only small concern was handled immediately!

As an owner at the Sands of Kahana, how does the consolidated capter 11 filing affect me?
