what does this cost to ren a villa

Dont know when the question was posted, but theres one on red week for $57 a night, If you own a property there (after making all purchase payments!) its $75 x 21 days a year in maintenance fees ( correct in 2019) or just go onto booking.Com and just rent a room for $95 a night. No real benefit of ownership these days! Rci is now alot better than interval for easy exchange elsewhere or booking at calypso on a different week.
