Be careful - question exactly what you are renting as some of the listings under the Villas contain information that seems to match accomodations in the older, converted towers and NOT the new Lahaina or Napili Towers. Make sure you are clear on your location! And the type of accomodation.

Some owners are incorrectly understating the annual fees and there was a HUGE inclrease in 2011 of $200+. Let's all work on Marriott to keep the fees down, but don't incorrectly state the fees lower than they actually are and work at updating your listings for sale!
