Timeshare Broker Services - Has anyone dealt with them?

I was contacted today by an individual with Timeshare Broker Services who has a prospective renter wanting to rent the week I have advertised for rent in May, 2010. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with this company?

If they ask for an upfront fee, then they're a scam .... all they want is your credit card # and your upfront fee then all of a sudden the prospective renter will disappear or they can't come up with the rent, but your money is NOT refunded to you by these scam companies.
