My wife and I recent ourchased a timeshare at the Marriott in Lihue. I noticed in the title document that the Marriott maintenance agreement expires in 2014. Does this mean anything? How do I find out what happens after 2014?

It probably means that MKVCL has a contract with a managment or cleaning company through until '14. After that, MKVCL will either re-negotioate with the managment/cleaning company or try to negotiate with another.
