I doubt you can get a loan on a timeshare since the value of any timeshare is so unpredictable .... most of the time the value is only what someone is willing to pay ..... but it wouldn't hurt to call around.

Lenders simply will not regard your timeshare ownership as having any meaningful equity value to "cash out" in the first place. Sorry.
