We're attracted to a resale opportunity at Kahana Falls. Does anyone know whether their maintenance fees have been fairly stable? Any idea who manages them (hopefully it's not another Diamond Resorts property)? Has anyone dealt with The Timeshare Company (they're evidently in Wisconsin)?
