Exclusive Sales in Orlando

These people called me about selling my Time Share. They claim they are a full service (not a listing) company and sell only to companies, not individuals. They say they have been in business 14 years and are clear with the Fl AG. I was still suspicious because they said they could get several thousand dollars, and of course they want a fee up front. ( I know better than to respond to that.) Nevertheless, I wondered if anyone knows anything about them.
