There has been discussion about them. It appears they are an upfront fee scam operation.
Did they call you unexpectedly telling you that they can sell your property expediently for a juicy amount of money, then tell you that they need you to pay a fee for this, that, or the other?
That's usually the mold of a scam. What did they tell you they will do for you?

Yes. Exactly what you are describeding. Except that they said there name was real timeshare solutions snd our market price was $16, 200.00 and if they didn't sell it in 10 months they would pay us that market price.

"Timesharerentorsell Com, LLC and Vacation Tree, Inc.
Engaging in acts that violate the California Business and Professions Code, including assuming to act as a real estate broker without a license relating to resale of timeshare interests."
