walking away from a timeshare

We no longer want our Raintree Club Regina timeshare, and are thinking of walking away from it because it's too tough to sell. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

You signed a legal and binding contract when you purchased your timeshare. Would you think of walking away from any OTHER legally binding contract? I doubt it. Try giving it away on Redweek's Bargain Basement and paying closing costs.
