Timeshare no longer part of RCI

What rights do I have in regard to the timeshare I purchased many years ago has failed to make the necessary renovations required and therefore was removed from RCI.

About the only thing you can do is get in touch with the resort's HOA or management company with your complaint to see why renovations haven't been made causing the resort to no longer be affiliated with RCI? Remember, if the resort is run by an HOA then owners vote for those members during election time. It might be time for you to ask pertinent questions the next time the proxy ballots are mailed to you.
