availibility issues

Why is it I cannot exchange into an RCI property BUT later will see the same week available on a last call vacation? I WANT to use my points within the system but am defeated at every turn. I am among the throngs who feel that RCI is a total ripoff and changes their rules as they wish.

perhaps you are in the same boat as us. Our upgrade was never fully processed even though we paid cash. therefore when you request from RCI they only show what your home resort says your are entitled to, not really what you own. So....you have no trading power!
