Have agreed via e mail with the seller on the price. Now I need someone to close the transaction, due whatever legal work and registering needs to be done, make sure the seller really owns the property etc.
The seller is wishing to use seth nock, but he appears to me to be a seller of units, rather than a firm that does the legal work to close the transaction.
Can anyone help me in assessing this?
Thanks,
Lee

Seth Nock has a stellar reputation in the timeshare industry selling timeshares (mainly the higher end timeshares such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Disney etc) .... I'm sure he has use of a closing company.
