red,white,blue, and pink rankings

I think I saw a brief description of this somewhere but cannot relocate it and it was vague anyway. For Marriott Sabal, Royal, Imperial palms it discusses red, white, blue and pink seasons. Where can I get specific dates that relate to each season so I know what type of units I should look for. Thanks
