Buyer beware at "the Ocean Club @ Smuggler's Beach" S. Yarmouth,Mass. Cape Cod

We paid quite a bit of money for a one bedroom unit for week 39 , but when I called them the first of August the resort said sorry we don't have you listed. It seems (after more phone calls and finally an Email from Linda McDonald the manager) that we failed to enter their annual lottery done in Sept of the prior year so we missed getting a time slot; she did say however she had a week left in November ( which I said " I guess we have no choice even though why go to the ocean in the Winter? ) IT GETS BETTER. When I called this week to make sure they again said "we don't have you down for a stay this year". Back to Linda and she admitted she forgot to reserve the Nov. date for us.
