Renting my 2013 timeshare

I would like to rent my Thanksgiving time share for 2013. How early should I post it?

You can check with your home resort to see if they have an in house rental program. I use my home resort to rent my Las Vegas timeshare. I just got a check for the full week rental. It covered my full maintenance fees for the year after their commission. Using an in house rental program is fool proof. There is no out side company or person to worry about. I've used them for years without on bit of trouble and have always rented my week.

I just want to know if people have rented their timeshare and were paid by check and then all I have to do is called the vacation club and tell them the name of the people who will use it in 2013

The Orlando timeshare market is flooded with resorts. Usually the big names like Marriott do the best.
