Resort trade in

Apr 10, 2013

We bought into Club Solana and traded in our Spanish time share as part of the 'deal'. Club Solana was meant to pay the maintenance fees or sell this on from 2013 maintenance fees being due. Now we have a demand from our club heritage time share requesting payment and find that the ownership has not been transferred. So - even though you have our certificate signed for transfer, this has not been done. Please explain.

You should take this issue to Club Solana .... members of a timeshare forum can't help you .... if you signed a contract was this deal included? It's what's in the written contract that counts.

Sounds like you've been scammed. Do some homework and look into this company. Google them and check out how long they've been in business and their record. It should be pretty easy using the internet.
