Received call today from someone at Elite Mortage, wanting to buy our Mayan weeks. Phone number 408-759-8501. Address 5 East Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA 95113. When I asked for the name of the owner, the guy hung up.

An unexpected phone call wanting to buy a Mexican timeshare that you did not even list for sale has all the makings of a scam. Try to Google their address and see what turns up. It's usually an office building or a UPS drop box.
